New Year, New You: Easy Swaps For a Plant-Based Lifestyle For You and Your Baby
The New Year often brings about opportunities and a new found motivation to embrace changes, challenges or hobbies and resolutions.
This past year has undoubtedly been a challenging one and the start of 2021 may not bring about the usual bounce for making so many resolutions and that is ok, we should all go easy on ourselves!
However if you are thinking about subtle changes to yours and your baby's diet, whether you are considering including a few more plant-based meals, or you plan to join in with meat-free Mondays or may even be taking part in Veganuary, I wanted to share with you some information on easy swaps for you and your little one. If your baby is starting solids or still in the complementary feeding phase (around 6 to 12 months) they will have different considerations to adults which is why I have included separate information for you and them.
Wherever you are on your plant-based journey remember it is not about perfection but making small changes that are better for yours and your baby’s health, for the animals and for the planet.
